Ingredients

  • 250g Quality Mark beef mince

  • 2 spring onions

    finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

    minced
  • 1 Tbsp Mirin

  • 1 tsp cornflour

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 8 rice paper

  • 1/4 cup black sesame seeds

Method

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.

In a large bowl, add the mince, spring onion, ginger, mirin, soy sauce and cornflour.

In a deep dish, of water, add a splash of soy sauce.

Lightly dip your rice paper sheet.

Place the mince mixture on the first half of the paper and roll carefully away from you.

Wrap a second rice paper around it and roll in the sesame seeds to coat.

Repeat with the rest of the mixture until it’s all used up.

Cut into bite size pieces and place in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes.
